We Can Help You With:
Launch Events with StreamFox
At StreamFox, we understand that launch events require a massive effort from a dedicated team to be successful. That's why, when you engage us to help launch your event, we become members of that team and work with you to deliver on your targets.
We will also help you to make the right platform choice for hosting your virtual event. Each platform has its own quirks, perks, pitfalls, idiosyncrasies, and we have come up against most of them.
Once we have an acute grasp of what you want to achieve, we take the technical worries out of getting there and bring you from planning to a successful launch.

How it works
At StreamFox we take the guesswork out of what can be a very daunting task - video production.
We begin by firstly defining your specific requirements. The most important part of our job is to fully understand what your message is and who you are communicating that message to, and why?
Once we have a grasp of the project brief, we lay out a suite of options designed to assist you in achieving your goals and communicating your message. With each option we present, we will explain the rationale and describe how and where this relates to your key objectives as set out in the brief.
We believe in transparency regarding cost. We will set out in clear language the costs associated with each element required, and will work with you to keep projects within budget.
Once we have established a clear scoping document and quotation, we move onto pre-production.
FAQ: What do you provide? Do we need to hire cameras or equipment?
Answer: StreamFox provides everything. Our team will define the technical requirements, identify the appropriate equipment, and itemise the associated costs within the scoping document.
Preparation is the key to a successful production!
During the pre-production phase, StreamFox co-ordinate not only our team, but all relevant stakeholders. We will work directly with you, your team and any other contributors to ensure that everyone is reading from the same hymn sheet and develop a common understanding of what we are all trying to achieve together.
What we do:
- Conduct technical recces and lock down shooting locations/studios
- Identify and resolve technical requirements
- Create a shooting schedule and assign a project manager
- Review, revise and collate additional videos, images, and audio files from client
- Create scripts, story boards or mock-ups for review, revision and sign off
- Schedule and implement communications training (where requested)
During the production phase, all of the agreed upon video and audio content is captured by the StreamFox production team(s).
Production can last for days, weeks or months depending on the scale of the project and is not considered complete until every required shot is captured.
During post-production our editors bring all of the constituent parts together on a canvas and work to bring the larger picture into focus. Combining video, audio, visual fx and soundscape to offer the best presentation possible; we aim to fulfil your brief whist satisfying our own creative impulses.
Throughout this process we will offer plenty of opportunity for client input, and will work through any notes with you in order to find that one edit that is just right, before preparing everything for delivery.
